We handle every order within 1-3 workdays if the purchased mirror(s) are in stock. Once your product(s) are collected and ready for shipping, a second e-mail will be sent containing tracking information. All finished orders are then sent at 2 PM.
The mirrors come well packed with double cartons and protective corners together with a copy of your order.
Iconmirror Studios AB will still keep the right to refuse the returning of a mirror should we find out that the handling of the product hasn’t been well, or that it has been misused.
When your product has been packaged you will receive a verification via email.
Any potential replacement product will be under the same warranty-period.

We follow the rules set by the Swedish Consumer Agency regarding e-trade, and guarantees. You need to be 18 years or older to shop at us. All prices are including VAT.
The product is to be returned in its original packaging and including all the parts.
We are so confident that you will love your new mirror, that if you for any reason are unhappy with your mirror, we will offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) as long as you contacted us within 45 days of receiving the product(s).

This policy applies to all our products, and the refund will be processed once we've received the product(s).
IconMirror Studios AB provides a limited warranty for one (1) year and for products with factory defects for three (3) year from the date of purchase. Any defects that occur during this time that are a result of normal use will either be repaired or replaced at the expense of IconMirror Studios AB.
The following terms and conditions apply to this warranty.
IconMirror Studios AB reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if we can prove hard handling or abuse of the product.
Any replacement product will be under the same warranty period as the original product.
We will be responsible for return shipping at an approved complaint. If the item is in stock, we will send a new one as soon as we have received the goods and approved the complaint. The product must be returned in the original package.
If the item is no longer in stock, we will contact you for further handling of the case.
We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board in case of a dispute.
