Once you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you entered in the order.

If you do not receive order confirmation on the day you made your order, Please Contact us at support@iconmirror.com.

When your products are collected and ready for shipping a confirmation email is sent.

Together with your delivery you will also get a copy of your order.



Three (3) year warranty"

Iconmirror studios AB provides a limited warranty in one year for products with factory defects for three (3) year from the date of purchase. Any defects that occur during this time that are a result of normal use will either be repaired or replaced at the expense of Iconmirror studios AB.

The following terms and conditions apply to this warranty.

The product (s) must have been purchased from the iconmirror.com website.

The consumer must show proof of purchase from the online store.

The product should be returned in the original packaging.

Iconmirror studios AB reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if we can demonstrate hard handling or abuse of the product.

Any replacement product will be under the same warranty period as the original product.



Complaint

We will be responsible for return shipping at an approved complaint. If the item is in stock, we will send a new one as soon as we have received the goods and approved the complaint. The product must be returned in the original package.

If the item is no longer in stock, we will contact you for further handling of the case.

We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board in case of a dispute.

Firstly, send an email to support@iconmirror.com and describe your problem and we will help you in the best way we can.

We follow the Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce and returns. You have to be over 18 years old to shop for us. All prices are incl. VAT. We reserve ourselves for any printing errors
